Due to the digital nature of our AI image transformation service, Pixarify has a strict refund policy. Once an image has been processed and payment has been made, we cannot offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Our service delivers immediate digital content that cannot be returned.
- The AI transformation is a completed service once processed.
- Each transformation consumes computational resources that cannot be reclaimed.
- The user has immediate access to the transformed image after payment.
Legal Basis
According to consumer protection laws regarding digital content, the right of withdrawal is forfeited once the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right to cancel once the service is fully performed.
By making a payment on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, and therefore waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund.
Quality Assurance
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing a high-quality service. The quality of the transformation result depends on various factors, including the original image's quality, resolution, and content. The artistic interpretation is performed by our AI system, and results may vary based on these factors.
